DE BOUWPUT is the gallery and communal space of Broedplaats BOUW, which is a self regulated, artist-run building in Amsterdam. DE BOUWPUT is an initiative of Peim van der Sloot and Marnix Postma, two members of the programming committee of BOUW. With the gallery space we strive to present work created by artists in the various research laboratories, workshops and studios. We are also open for propositions from the community if anyone wants to use the space for art, culture or activist related projects. We are a nonprofit organization.
